Privacy Policy

MyVIPTix, LLC

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

MyVIPTix, LLC (“MyVIPTix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.myviptix.com (the “Site”), through which we offer live-event tickets and VIP experiences, upgrades, and hospitality (“Experiences”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information we collect through the Site, by email, phone, and text message, and in the course of arranging and delivering your orders.

By using the Site or purchasing from us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Your purchases are also governed by our Terms of Service.

In short: we collect what we need to sell you tickets and deliver Experiences, we share it with the sellers, venues, teams, artists, and vendors who make that happen, we do not sell your personal information, and you can access, correct, or delete it by emailing support@myviptix.com.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us.

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, password, billing and delivery address, and, where we ask for it, date of birth or confirmation that you are at least 18.
  • Order information: the events, tickets, seats, Experiences, and upgrades you request or purchase; deposits, quotes, and payments; delivery preferences; and your communications with us about your order.
  • Payment information: your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive a token, the card type, the last four digits, and the billing address, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Attendee and Experience information: for many Experiences, venues, teams, artists, and other suppliers (“Suppliers”) require information about each attendee before granting access. Depending on the Experience, this may include full legal name, date of birth, a government-issued identification number or a photo of your ID, email address, phone number, and emergency contact. We collect this information only when a Supplier requires it and pass it directly to that Supplier.
  • Accessibility, dietary, and health-related information: if you tell us about accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions so that we can arrange appropriate seating, hospitality, or access, we use that information only to make those arrangements and share it only with the Suppliers who need it.
  • Photos, feedback, and testimonials: if you choose to share photos from your Experience, provide a review or testimonial, or agree to be photographed by us, we collect that content and, with your consent, may use it as described in Section 3.
  • Communications: the content of emails, text messages, phone calls, and other communications you have with us.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 5.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from our payment processor and fraud-prevention tools (for example, whether a payment was verified or flagged), from ticket sellers and Suppliers (for example, delivery status or check-in confirmation), and from publicly available sources where needed to verify an order.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • process, confirm, and deliver your orders, including transmitting delivery information to ticket sellers and attendee information to Suppliers;
  • evaluate and source Experience requests, send quotes, collect deposits and balances, and issue refunds;
  • send transactional communications by email and text message, including order confirmations, quotes, balance-due notices, check-in instructions, and event changes;
  • provide customer support and respond to your questions;
  • verify your identity and eligibility (including age) and detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized or unlawful activity, including through Stripe’s fraud-prevention tools and other order-verification tools;
  • send you marketing emails about events, Experiences, and offers if you have opted in, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising;
  • analyze how the Site is used and improve the Site, our offerings, and our customer experience;
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights, property, safety, and those of our customers and partners; and
  • for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

We do not use personal information to make decisions about you through solely automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Photos, Reviews, and Testimonials

We do not photograph or record you without your consent. At some Experiences we may offer to take photos or ask for feedback. If you agree, we may use your photo, first name and last initial, and comments in testimonials, on the Site, and in our marketing materials. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing support@myviptix.com, and we will stop using the content in new materials. Photos of you taken by venues, teams, artists, or their media partners at an event are governed by their privacy policies and the terms of the event, not by this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or share customer lists with third parties for their own marketing.

  • Ticket sellers and ticketing partners. When you purchase a ticket, we transmit the information required to fulfill and deliver it, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and address, to the independent seller or ticketing partner supplying the ticket.
  • Suppliers. When you purchase or request an Experience, we share the attendee information the Supplier requires to grant access (see Section 1), which may include name, date of birth, ID information, contact details, and accessibility or dietary needs. Suppliers use this information under their own privacy policies and rules.
  • Service providers. We use vendors that process information on our behalf and under our instructions, including Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payment processing and fraud prevention), HubSpot (email delivery and customer relationship management), Google (analytics, advertising, tag management, and business communications), and our telephone and text-messaging carriers. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own purposes.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; to respond to lawful requests from public authorities; to enforce our Terms of Service; to investigate fraud, chargebacks, or security issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyVIPTix, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Essential cookies keep you signed in and allow checkout to function. We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising and to show ads for MyVIPTix to people who have visited the Site. These Google tools set cookies and collect device and usage information as described in Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may prevent checkout from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage Google’s advertising personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising generally at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. Under some U.S. state laws, the use of advertising cookies to show you ads based on your activity on other sites is considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You may opt out of this by emailing support@myviptix.com or by using a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as an opt-out for that browser. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, for which no standard currently exists.

6. Text Messages

If you provide a mobile number when placing an order or submitting a request, we may text you about your order, request, and event, including check-in details. Our texts are sent by our team from company phone lines; they are not automated marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying to any text asking us to stop or by emailing support@myviptix.com. Opting out may prevent us from delivering time-sensitive check-in information.

7. Marketing Emails

You may opt in to marketing emails when you create an account or at other points on the Site. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing support@myviptix.com. We will continue to send transactional emails about your orders even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In general: order, payment, and refund records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax, accounting, and chargeback-dispute requirements; account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after; attendee ID and accessibility information collected for a specific Experience is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable time after the event, except where we must retain it to resolve a dispute; and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or your account is deleted. We may retain information longer where required by law or to protect our legal rights, and we may keep de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit, tokenized payment processing, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and notify us immediately at support@myviptix.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. You must be 18 to make a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Attendee information about a minor is collected only from the adult purchaser, only where a Supplier requires it, and only to deliver the Experience. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@myviptix.com and we will delete it.

11. Your Privacy Rights (United States)

Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of the following rights under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA) and the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island:

  • Know and access: to confirm whether we process your personal information and to receive a copy of the specific pieces of information we hold, the categories collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it was disclosed.
  • Correct: to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete: to have your personal information deleted, subject to exceptions (for example, we must keep transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes and information needed to complete an order, defend legal claims, or prevent fraud).
  • Portability: to receive your information in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising: as described in Section 5. We do not sell personal information.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information: we use sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, precise date of birth, and accessibility or health-related information) only to deliver the services you request, to verify identity and age, and to prevent fraud, which are permitted purposes that do not require a right to limit.
  • Non-discrimination: we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.
  • Appeal: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; residents of certain states may also contact their state attorney general.

How to exercise your rights. Email support@myviptix.com. To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching the details you provide to the information in our records, and we may ask for additional information; we will use it only for verification. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing signed written permission, and we may still verify your identity directly. We will respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where permitted, with notice to you). We do not charge a fee for requests unless they are excessive or repetitive.

California notice at collection. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information described in the CCPA: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address, account credentials); customer records (billing information, date of birth); commercial information (orders, requests, and purchase history); internet or network activity (Site usage and device data); approximate geolocation (from IP address); audio or visual information (photos and recordings you consent to); inferences drawn from the above for marketing; and sensitive personal information (government ID numbers, precise date of birth where collected, and health, accessibility, or dietary information you provide). We collect them from the sources, for the purposes, and share them with the categories of recipients described in Sections 1, 2, and 4, and retain them as described in Section 8. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. Our use of Google advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” of identifiers and internet activity for cross-context behavioral advertising; you may opt out as described in Section 5. California residents may also request, once per year, information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California’s “Shine the Light” law; we make no such disclosures.

12. Visitors and Customers Outside the United States

We sell tickets and Experiences to customers around the world, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following additional information applies.

Controller. MyVIPTix, LLC, 578 Washington Blvd, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292, is the controller of your personal data.

Legal bases. We process your personal data (a) to perform our contract with you—to take, confirm, and deliver your orders and communicate with you about them; (b) for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site, preventing fraud, and marketing our services to existing customers, balanced against your rights; (c) with your consent, for marketing emails, non-essential cookies, use of your photos or testimonials, and processing of health-related or other special-category data you provide to us for accessibility or dietary purposes; and (d) to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may exercise these rights by emailing support@myviptix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers. Your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States, and may be shared with Suppliers in the country where your event takes place. Where required, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) or other lawful transfer mechanisms. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

Retention. See Section 8.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to and relies on third-party websites and services, including ticketing platforms, venues, teams, artists, and payment providers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to their practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and change the Effective Date above. If we make material changes to how we use personal information we have already collected, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the Site before the change takes effect.
