Terms of Service
MyVIPTix, LLC
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service have two parts. Part I applies to everything you do on the Site, including ticket purchases. Part II (Experience & Upgrade Purchase Policy) adds rules that apply to VIP experiences and upgrades. Both parts are one agreement.
Part I — General Terms
Welcome to MyVIPTix. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and MyVIPTix, LLC, a California limited liability company, 578 Washington Blvd, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 (“MyVIPTix,” “MVT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of www.myviptix.com, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and related services (collectively, the “Site”), and every ticket, VIP experience, upgrade, hospitality package, or other product or service you request or purchase through the Site (collectively, “Offerings”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting a request, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Part II of these Terms is referred to as the “Experience Policy.” If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any Offering.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 15 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, YOU AND MYVIPTIX AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND NOT IN COURT OR BY CLASS ACTION. SECTION 15 ALSO EXPLAINS HOW TO OPT OUT.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or the Experience Policy, all purchases are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable.
1. Who We Are and What We Do
MyVIPTix operates an online ticket marketplace and concierge service for live-event tickets and premium experiences.
A. Tickets. The Site aggregates and displays ticket inventory made available by independent third-party ticket sellers, brokers, and ticketing partners (“Sellers”). The Site is not a platform for users to post or sell their own tickets. When you purchase a ticket through the Site, the ticket is supplied by a Seller—not by MyVIPTix—and the Seller is the party selling you the ticket. MyVIPTix facilitates the transaction and acts solely as the Seller’s limited payment collection agent for the purpose of accepting your payment on the Seller’s behalf; your payment to MyVIPTix satisfies your payment obligation to the Seller for that ticket. MyVIPTix does not own, hold, or control ticket inventory supplied by Sellers and is not a party to the ticket sale between you and the Seller, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
B. Experiences. MyVIPTix arranges VIP experiences and upgrades—such as meet & greets, backstage or on-field access, hospitality, premium seating upgrades, and custom packages (“Experiences”)—by working with teams, venues, artists and their representatives, promoters, leagues, hospitality providers, other VIP providers, and similar third parties (each a “Supplier”). Some Experiences are listed on the Site at a stated price and may be purchased outright (“Listed Experiences”). Others are arranged on a custom basis in response to a request you submit with a deposit (“Requested Experiences”). Experiences are governed by Part I and by the Experience Policy in Part II. If Part I and Part II conflict with respect to an Experience, Part II controls, except that Section 15 (Dispute Resolution) always controls.
C. Not the Event Organizer. MyVIPTix does not produce, promote, control, or operate any event, venue, team, artist, or Supplier. The people who put on events and provide access (collectively with Suppliers, “Event Providers”) set their own rules, schedules, age limits, entry conditions, and policies, all of which are subject to change and outside our control.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
A. Age. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site, submit a request, or make a purchase. Individual events and Experiences may have their own age restrictions, and attendees under 18 must comply with the Experience Policy and all Event Provider rules.
B. Purchasing for Others. If you purchase on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and you are responsible for ensuring every attendee under your order is aware of and complies with these Terms, the Experience Policy, and all Event Provider rules.
C. Accounts. You may need an account to purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated; to keep your login credentials confidential; and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
3. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
The total price of your order—including the ticket or Experience price and any applicable service fees, delivery fees, and taxes—is displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices for tickets are determined by Sellers and may be above or below the face value printed on the ticket. Prices for Experiences are set by MyVIPTix based on Supplier costs, availability, and demand, and may exceed the price of any comparable offering sold by an Event Provider directly.
Prices and availability may change at any time until your order is confirmed. We do not price-match or provide refunds or credits for later price changes or promotions. All prices are stated and charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated at checkout; you are responsible for any foreign-transaction fees, currency-conversion costs, or bank charges imposed by your payment provider.
4. Payment
We currently accept major credit and debit cards. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your order, including any deposit and any balance that becomes due under the Experience Policy, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are subject to verification and fraud screening and may be canceled without liability if verification fails, payment is not received in full, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. We do not offer payment plans or installments.
5. Order Confirmation; Errors
Your order is complete only when we send you an order confirmation by email or display it in your account (“Order Confirmation”). It is your responsibility to check your Order Confirmation for accuracy and to check your spam or junk folders; non-receipt of an Order Confirmation is not grounds to cancel an order. A Requested Experience is not confirmed until we issue a written confirmation of availability as described in the Experience Policy.
Despite our best efforts, listings may contain typographical, pricing, or availability errors. We may correct errors, cancel affected orders, and refund amounts paid for the affected item at any time before delivery, without further liability. If we refund an amount in error or in excess of what you paid, we may recharge your original payment method for the difference.
6. All Sales Final; Refunds
A. General Rule. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of the Offerings we sell, all sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable except as expressly stated in this Section, the Experience Policy, or as required by applicable law. Please review your event, date, seat, and Experience selection carefully before purchasing.
B. When Refunds Are Available. Refunds are available only in the following circumstances: (i) an event is canceled outright and not rescheduled; (ii) we or a Supplier are unable to deliver a confirmed Experience component, in which case we will refund the amount you paid for that component (see the Experience Policy); (iii) we decline or are unable to fulfill a Requested Experience, in which case we will refund your deposit; or (iv) as otherwise expressly stated in the Experience Policy.
C. No Refunds for Personal Circumstances. No refund, credit, or exchange will be provided because you are unable to attend for any reason—including illness, travel disruption, weather at your location, schedule conflict, visa or entry issues, or change of mind—or because of a change in opening act, lineup, roster, cast, performer, participant, start time, or seating configuration.
D. Refused Entry or Ejection. No refund will be provided if you or any attendee under your order is refused entry to, removed from, or denied any portion of an event or Experience because of failure to follow instructions from MyVIPTix, an Event Provider, or venue staff; failure to meet age, identification, dress, conduct, health, or security requirements; late arrival; or violation of any venue or Event Provider rule.
E. Method and Timing. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and only to the original purchaser. Refund timing may depend on when we receive funds from the applicable Seller or Supplier.
F. Separate Components. Each ticket, Experience, and other item in an order is a separate component. A refund or cancellation of one component does not entitle you to a refund of any other component. In particular, submitting or canceling a request for an Experience does not affect the final, non-refundable status of any ticket purchased with or alongside that request.
G. Travel and Other Expenses. MyVIPTix is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, parking, food, or any other cost you incur in connection with an event or Experience, including when an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, or when we are unable to deliver an Experience. Nothing is included in your purchase unless it is expressly listed in your Order Confirmation.
7. Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, or Relocated Events
Event dates, times, venues, and lineups are set by Event Providers and may change without notice. If an event is canceled outright and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the affected order components to your original payment method. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, your tickets and Experiences remain valid for the new date, time, or venue and no refund will be issued; if a confirmed Experience component cannot be delivered in connection with the rescheduled event, we will refund the amount paid for that component only. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes using the contact information on your account, but you are responsible for confirming event status, time, and location before you travel.
8. Chargebacks
You agree not to dispute or “charge back” any charge that was made in accordance with these Terms and the Experience Policy, and to contact us first to resolve any billing concern. If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this Section, we may immediately cancel your tickets and Experiences without refund, terminate your account, refuse future orders from you or anyone associated with your payment method or account, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount together with our costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees to the extent permitted by law.
9. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets are delivered by the method stated at checkout or in your Order Confirmation (for example, mobile transfer, electronic ticket, or will-call). You must provide accurate delivery information and be able to receive electronic delivery, including by maintaining access to the email address and any ticketing app account required. We are not responsible, and no refund is due, for delivery failures caused by inaccurate information you provided, your failure to accept a transfer, or your loss of access to your email or ticketing accounts. Lost, stolen, damaged, or forwarded tickets cannot be replaced.
10. Resale, Transfer, and Prohibited Use
Experiences, and any ticket designated as non-transferable, may not be resold, transferred, assigned, gifted, auctioned, or used as a prize or for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Any Experience that is resold or transferred without consent is void without refund. If you resell tickets that are transferable, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including resale, tax, and price-cap laws. Attendee-name changes for Experiences are handled as described in the Experience Policy.
11. Attending Events
A. Revocable License. Every ticket and Experience is a revocable license to attend or access an event or area, subject to the rules of the Event Provider. Event Providers may refuse admission to or eject any person—without refund—for conduct they deem unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of their rules.
B. Follow All Rules and Instructions. You and every attendee under your order must follow all instructions from MyVIPTix personnel, venue staff, security, and Event Provider or talent representatives, and comply with all venue and Event Provider rules, policies, codes of conduct, and any health, security, screening, or bag-check requirements. Failure to do so may result in loss of access without refund.
C. Waivers. Event Providers may require you and each attendee to sign a waiver, release, or other document as a condition of access. If you or any attendee declines to sign a required document, access will be refused and no refund will be issued.
D. Assumption of Risk. Attending live events and accessing backstage, on-field, sideline, pit, production, hospitality, crowd, or other venue and event areas involves inherent risks, including injury from crowds, equipment, moving vehicles or players, loud sound, lighting or pyrotechnic effects, weather, alcohol service, and communicable disease. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks, on your own behalf and on behalf of any minor you accompany, and release MyVIPTix and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim for personal injury, death, or property loss arising from attendance at or participation in any event or Experience, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
E. Recording and Photography. Events are public and you may be photographed or recorded by Event Providers and media. Photographs or video taken during an Experience, including with talent, players, or performers, are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used for advertising, endorsement, promotional, or other business purposes, or in any manner that implies an endorsement by any talent, team, or Event Provider, without written permission from the applicable rights holders.
12. Third-Party Tickets and Services
If you purchase an Experience to pair with tickets you obtained elsewhere, you are solely responsible for the validity of those tickets and your admission to the event. We do not replace, refund, or guarantee tickets not purchased through the Site, and if you cannot gain admission to the event you may be unable to receive the Experience; in that case no refund is due for the Experience, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (payment processors, ticketing platforms, Event Providers). We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, content, or terms.
13. Communications; Text Messages
You consent to receive transactional communications from us electronically, including Order Confirmations, invoices, Quotes, balance-due notices, check-in instructions, and event updates, by email. By providing a mobile number when you place an order or submit a request, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from MyVIPTix at that number about your order, request, and event, including check-in details. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies with your order activity. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying to any message from us asking us to stop, or by emailing support@myviptix.com; opting out may prevent us from delivering time-sensitive check-in information. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current, monitor your email (including spam folders) and text messages, and contact us if you have not received expected information as described in the Experience Policy.
14. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
A. Disclaimer. THE SITE AND ALL OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYVIPTIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, DURATION, CONTENT, OR PARTICIPANTS OF ANY EVENT OR EXPERIENCE. SELLERS AND SUPPLIERS ARE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTIES AND NOT OUR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTS OR OMISSIONS. THE ONLY GUARANTEE WE PROVIDE IS THE 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AS DEFINED IN THE EXPERIENCE POLICY.
B. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYVIPTIX AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST ENJOYMENT, OR TRAVEL, LODGING, OR OTHER EXPENSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY OFFERING, EVENT, OR EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO AN ORDER EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MYVIPTIX FOR THAT ORDER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
C. Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, public-health orders, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, governmental action, utility or internet failures, or the acts or omissions of Event Providers, Sellers, Suppliers, or talent.
D. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyVIPTix and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your or your attendees’ use of the Site, purchase or use of any Offering, conduct at any event or Experience, violation of these Terms or any Event Provider rule, or violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
A. Informal Resolution First. Before starting arbitration or any other proceeding, you and we agree to try to resolve any dispute informally. You must send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief you seek to support@myviptix.com or to our mailing address above, and we will send any notice to the email address on your account. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after the notice is received, either party may begin arbitration as described below.
B. Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as provided in Section 15.D, you and MyVIPTix agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Experience Policy, the Site, or any Offering, event, or Experience—including the formation, interpretation, enforceability, or scope of this agreement to arbitrate—will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section.
C. Arbitration Procedure. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Consumer Minimum Standards, as selected by the party initiating arbitration. The rules are available at www.adr.org and www.jamsadr.com. The arbitrator will be a single neutral arbitrator. Unless you and we agree otherwise, any in-person hearing will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or in the county where you reside, at your election; claims may also be resolved by telephone, video, or written submission where the rules allow. Fees will be allocated as provided in the applicable rules and by law; if the arbitrator determines that your claim is not frivolous, we will pay the filing and arbitrator fees to the extent they exceed what you would pay to file in court. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court could award to an individual party, must follow applicable law, and will issue a reasoned written decision. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
D. Exceptions. Either party may (i) bring an individual claim in small claims court in a court of competent jurisdiction, if the claim qualifies and remains in that court; (ii) seek a court order to compel arbitration or to enforce an arbitration award; or (iii) seek temporary injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. To the extent a claim for public injunctive relief under California law cannot be waived, that claim will be decided by a court after the arbitrator has resolved all arbitrable claims, and will be stayed pending that resolution.
E. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND MYVIPTIX EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party’s individual claim. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and litigated in court, and the remainder of this Section will continue to apply.
F. 30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@myviptix.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, stating your name, the email address on your account, and that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
G. Governing Law and Venue. These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any matter that is not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
H. Time Limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after the event or Experience date to which it relates, or it is permanently barred.
16. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the MyVIPTix name and marks, are owned by or licensed to MyVIPTix and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site only for your personal, non-commercial purpose of browsing and purchasing Offerings. You may not copy, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site; use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Site or purchase inventory; circumvent purchase limits or security measures; misrepresent your identity; interfere with the Site’s operation; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Any feedback or review you submit may be used by us without compensation or attribution. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any user at our discretion.
17. International Users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site or attend events from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. You are solely responsible for obtaining any passport, visa, vaccination, or other documentation needed to travel to and attend an event, and no refund is due if you cannot attend because of travel, entry, or immigration issues.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms (including the Experience Policy) from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the Effective Date updated accordingly, and apply to purchases and requests made after that date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. General
These Terms (including the Experience Policy), the Privacy Policy, and your Order Confirmation constitute the entire agreement between you and MyVIPTix regarding the Site and your purchases, and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms without restriction; you may not assign them without our written consent. Section headings are for convenience only. Sections 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 19, and 26 through 33 survive any termination.
20. Notice to California Residents

Part II — Experience & Upgrade Purchase Policy
This Part II (the “Experience Policy”) is part of the MyVIPTix Terms of Service (the “Terms”). It applies to every VIP experience, upgrade, hospitality package, meet & greet, backstage, on-field, sideline, suite, lounge, red-carpet, after-party, soundcheck, or other premium access product you request or purchase through www.myviptix.com (each an “Experience”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in Part I. If this Part II conflicts with Part I, this Part II controls with respect to Experiences, except that Section 15 (Dispute Resolution) always controls.
By submitting a request for, or purchasing, an Experience, you agree to this Experience Policy on your own behalf and on behalf of every person who will attend under your order.
KEY POINTS: Experiences are limited and exclusive. All sales are final. A deposit on a Requested Experience is refundable only until you accept our quote and pay in full. Experiences are tied to the purchaser and require photo ID. We may cancel or modify any Experience at any time for reasons outside our control; if we cannot deliver a confirmed Experience, you receive a refund of that component—and nothing more. Everything not listed in your Order Confirmation is excluded.
22. How Experiences Are Sold
A. Listed Experiences. Some Experiences appear on the Site with a stated price and can be purchased outright at checkout, alone or together with tickets. A Listed Experience is a completed purchase when we issue your Order Confirmation. Listed Experiences are final and non-refundable from that moment, subject only to Section 26.
B. Requested Experiences. Other Experiences are arranged on a custom basis. The process is:
- Request and Deposit. You submit a request describing the event and the access you would like, and pay a deposit in the amount stated on the Site at the time of your request (the “Deposit”). The Deposit demonstrates your serious intent and allows us to begin sourcing on your behalf. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the Experience is available or that we will be able to arrange it. Any tickets you purchase in the same checkout are a separate, completed purchase and are final and non-refundable regardless of what happens with your request.
- Evaluation. We contact Suppliers to determine whether your request can be fulfilled. If we determine that it cannot, we will notify you and refund your Deposit in full to your original payment method. We do not charge a sourcing or service fee when we are unable to fulfill a request.
- Quote. If your request can be fulfilled, we will send you a written quote stating the total price, what is included, and any conditions (the “Quote”). Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the Quote (or, if none is stated, 24 hours) and are subject to availability until you accept and pay.
- Your Decision. If you decline the Quote, or do not accept it before it expires, we will refund your Deposit in full. If you accept the Quote, the Deposit is applied toward the total price and the remaining balance (the “Balance”) becomes due immediately.
- Balance Due; Forfeiture. Unless the Quote states a different deadline, the Balance must be paid within 24 hours after you accept the Quote. If the Balance is not paid in full when due, we may cancel your request and you forfeit your Deposit. No Experience will be delivered, and no check-in details, credentials, or access will be provided, until full payment has been received and has cleared.
- Booking Confirmation. When your Balance is received, we will issue a written booking confirmation (the “Booking Confirmation”). From the moment you accept the Quote, your purchase is final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable, subject only to Section 26.
C. Our Right to Decline. We may decline any request, in whole or in part, for any reason, before issuing a Quote. In that case your Deposit is refunded in full and we have no further obligation to you.
D. Deposit Amounts. Deposit amounts are set by MyVIPTix, may vary by event or Experience type, and may change at any time. The amount stated at the time of your request applies to that request.
23. Confirmation Timing; Changes and Cancellation by Us
A. Late Final Confirmation. Experiences depend on Suppliers, talent, production schedules, team and league operations, security, and venue conditions. For many Experiences, Suppliers do not provide final details—or final confirmation that the Experience will proceed—until 24 to 48 hours before the event, and sometimes later. A Booking Confirmation confirms your purchase; it does not guarantee the exact timing, location, duration, or format of the Experience, which remain subject to change.
B. Our Right to Cancel or Modify. We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason outside our reasonable control—including production, talent, team, league, venue, security, weather, scheduling, or Supplier issues—to modify, shorten, relocate, reschedule, substitute, or cancel any Experience or any component of an Experience. Where we do so, our sole obligation is described in Section 26.
C. Substitution. If a specific listed seat, area, or Experience component becomes unavailable, we may deliver a comparable or better seat, area, or component, as determined by MyVIPTix in its reasonable discretion, and such substitution is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.
D. Details Subject to Change. All Experience descriptions on the Site, in Quotes, and in Order and Booking Confirmations are subject to change without notice. Descriptions of what an Experience “may” or “typically” includes are illustrative and not a guarantee of any particular element, participant, duration, or outcome.
24. Talent, Participants, and Duration
Meet & greets, photo opportunities, on-field or backstage access, and similar Experiences depend on the availability, schedule, and discretion of artists, players, coaches, cast members, executives, and other individuals (collectively, “Talent”) whom MyVIPTix does not control. The identity of Talent, the number of Talent present, the length of any interaction, the number of photographs or autographs permitted, and the items that may be signed are determined by Talent and Event Providers and may change at any time. The absence of any particular individual, a shortened window, or a change in format is not a failure to deliver the Experience. If Talent does not appear at all or an Experience component is cut short for reasons outside our control, we may, in our sole discretion, offer comparable alternative access or a partial refund of the affected component, and we will always try to do so; but we are not obligated to do either except as stated in Section 26.
25. What Is Included and Excluded
Your purchase includes only the items expressly listed in your Order Confirmation or Booking Confirmation. Unless expressly listed, the following are not included: event tickets or admission; travel, airfare, ground transportation, or parking; lodging; food and beverages; merchandise; gratuities; taxes, resort or facility fees, or incidental charges imposed by a venue or Supplier; photography or photo prints; and any other item. If your Experience requires event admission and you did not purchase tickets from us, you are responsible for holding valid tickets that permit entry, and Section 12 applies.
26. Refunds
A. All Sales Final. All Experiences are final, non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-transferable except as stated in this Section 26 or as required by law. Refunds are never available because you cannot attend, change your mind, are dissatisfied with a subjective aspect of the Experience, or because of a change in Talent, lineup, roster, cast, duration, format, timing, or location.
B. When We Refund. We will refund amounts you paid to MyVIPTix in the following circumstances only:
| Situation | What you receive |
|---|---|
| We decline your request, or cannot fulfill it, before you accept a Quote | Full refund of your Deposit |
| You decline a Quote or it expires before you accept | Full refund of your Deposit |
| The event is canceled outright and not rescheduled | Full refund of the Experience component(s) for that event, and of tickets purchased from us for that event |
| The event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated and your Experience can be delivered at the new date or venue | No refund; your Experience and tickets are honored for the new date or venue |
| The event proceeds (or is rescheduled) but we or the Supplier cannot deliver a confirmed Experience component | Refund of the amount paid for that component only |
| Talent does not appear or an Experience is materially shortened for reasons outside our control | At our discretion, comparable alternative access or a partial refund of the affected component |
C. Not Refundable. Refunds under this Section are limited to amounts paid to MyVIPTix for the affected component. The following are never refundable: tickets purchased with or alongside a request that is later declined or canceled; components that were delivered; amounts you paid to anyone other than MyVIPTix; and travel, lodging, and other expenses of any kind.
D. Deposit Forfeiture. A Deposit is forfeited if you accept a Quote and fail to pay the Balance when due, or if your order is canceled because of your breach of the Terms or this Experience Policy.
E. Method and Timing. Refunds are made only to the original payment method and only to the original purchaser. Processing may take up to 10 business days after we approve the refund, and may depend on when we receive funds from the applicable Supplier.
27. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
MyVIPTix stands behind every Experience we confirm. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means this: if you have paid in full for an Experience and we have issued a Booking Confirmation or Order Confirmation for it, and MyVIPTix is unable to deliver the confirmed access, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid to MyVIPTix for that Experience component, or, at your election, apply it as a credit toward a future purchase.
The Guarantee is a delivery guarantee. It does not apply, and no refund or credit is due, where the Experience or a comparable substitute was made available to you and you did not receive it or did not enjoy it for reasons including: your or your guests’ failure to attend, arrive on time, check in, present required identification, or follow instructions; refusal of entry or removal by a venue or Event Provider; failure to hold valid event admission; changes in Talent, duration, format, timing, or location as described in Sections 23 and 24; event postponement or rescheduling where the Experience remains available; or any subjective dissatisfaction with an Experience that was delivered. The Guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy for non-delivery of an Experience, and it does not cover travel, lodging, or other expenses.
28. Attendee Identity, Photo ID, and Name Changes
Experiences are issued in the name of the purchaser and are personal to the purchaser. At check-in, the purchaser must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order. Anyone who cannot do so may be refused access without refund. If you need a different person to attend, you may request a name change by contacting us as soon as possible; we will accommodate name changes when Suppliers permit, but we cannot guarantee any name change, and changes requested within 72 hours of the event are unlikely to be possible. Experiences may not be resold or transferred, and any Experience that is resold or transferred is void without refund.
29. Age Requirements; Minors
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old. Individual Experiences and events may carry age restrictions (for example, 18+ or 21+ areas) set by Event Providers, which control. It is your responsibility to confirm age requirements with us or the Event Provider before purchasing, and we are not responsible, and no refund is due, if any attendee is refused for failing to meet or prove an age requirement. If an attendee under 18 participates in an Experience, the purchaser represents that a parent or legal guardian has consented, agrees to the Terms and this Experience Policy on the minor’s behalf, is responsible for the minor’s conduct, and will ensure any waiver or release required for the minor is signed.
30. Check-In, Communications, and Timeliness
We will send check-in location, time, and instructions to the email address (and, if provided, mobile number) on your account, generally 24 to 72 hours before the event, once Suppliers have released final details. If you have not received check-in details 24 hours before the event, you must contact us immediately at support@myviptix.com. You are responsible for monitoring your email (including spam and junk folders) and text messages, keeping your contact information current, and following the check-in instructions provided. Check-in times are firm; Experiences cannot be held for late arrivals, and failure to arrive at the designated location at the designated time may result in loss of the Experience without refund.
31. Rules, Instructions, and Conduct
A. Follow All Instructions. You and each attendee must follow all instructions given by MyVIPTix personnel and by venue staff, security, team, league, production, and Talent representatives, before, during, and after the Experience.
B. Venue and Event Provider Rules. You and each attendee must comply with all rules, policies, codes of conduct, dress codes, prohibited-item lists, bag and security screening, credential requirements, and health or safety measures of the venue and every Event Provider. Restricted areas, including field, sideline, backstage, production, locker-room, and hospitality areas, are subject to strict access rules; going anywhere or doing anything you have not been expressly authorized to do may result in immediate removal.
C. Waivers. Event Providers may require you and each attendee to sign a waiver, release of liability, media release, non-disclosure agreement, or similar document as a condition of access. If any attendee declines to sign a required document, that attendee will be refused access without refund.
D. Consequences. If access is refused, shortened, or revoked because you or an attendee failed to follow instructions, violated any rule, arrived late, engaged in unsafe, intoxicated, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, or failed to meet age, identification, or security requirements, no refund or credit will be provided, and we may refuse future orders from you.
32. Photography and Use of Images
Photographs and video that you take or that are taken of you with Talent during an Experience are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. You may not use them—or the name, image, or likeness of any Talent, team, league, venue, or artist—for advertising, marketing, endorsement, promotional, resale, or other business purposes, or in any way that implies an endorsement or affiliation, without the written permission of the applicable rights holders. Talent and Event Providers may limit or prohibit photography, video, autographs, or the signing of particular items, and any such limits must be respected.
33. Assumption of Risk and Release
Experiences may place you in backstage, on-field, sideline, pit, production, hospitality, crowd, and other venue and event areas that carry inherent risks, including risks of injury from moving people, equipment, vehicles, athletes, staging, sound and lighting effects, pyrotechnics, weather, alcohol service, and communicable disease. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks arising from attendance at or participation in any Experience—on your own behalf and on behalf of any minor you accompany—and release and agree not to sue MyVIPTix and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates for any personal injury, death, illness, or property loss or damage arising from any Experience, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, and whether or not caused by the negligence of any Event Provider, Supplier, or Talent. If you are hurt, immediately notify venue staff or MyVIPTix personnel.
34. Independent Suppliers
Suppliers and Talent are independent third parties, not agents or employees of MyVIPTix. MyVIPTix arranges access with Suppliers on your behalf; it does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, schedules, or conduct of any Supplier, Event Provider, or Talent. Any concern about the conduct of a Supplier or Talent should be reported to us promptly, but it does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 26.
35. International Events and Travelers
For events outside the United States, or if you are traveling from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and compliance with local laws and entry requirements. All prices are stated and charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated at checkout. No refund is due if you cannot attend because of travel, entry, or immigration issues.
36. Chargebacks
Section 8 applies to all Experience purchases and Deposits. Disputing a charge made in accordance with this Experience Policy will result in cancellation of your Experiences and tickets without refund and may result in collection action and a permanent ban.
37. Changes to This Policy
Section 18 applies. The version in effect when you submit a request or complete a purchase governs that request or purchase.
